We build digital tools that help organisations committed to sustainability and social progress do more of what they exist to do, and we build them well enough to last.

AndAnotherDay creates digital applications, websites and tools for organisations working towards a fairer, more sustainable world. Our purpose is straightforward: to put good technology in the hands of the people trying to do good with it, and to build that technology properly, so that it serves its mission for years rather than months.
Our work is currently guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, which shape who we choose to work with and how we judge whether a project was worth doing. It is a deliberate focus. We would rather do a smaller amount of work that genuinely helps than a larger amount that does not, and partnering with organisations whose goals align with the SDGs is how we hold ourselves to that.
We believe the way a company is run shapes the work it produces, so we have built AndAnotherDay around autonomy and collaboration rather than hierarchy. Our flat, open structure means the people doing the work make the decisions about it, which keeps us honest, keeps us close to the people we build for, and lets us treat the business as a living thing to be looked after rather than a machine to be optimised.
We are not interested in technology for its own sake, nor in building things because they are fashionable. Everything we make is meant to earn its place by helping an organisation reach further, work better, or prove the difference it makes. That is the whole of the mission, and it is enough.
