Our team have been formally briefed, and in line with the government’s advice, we have agreed that the best course of action is for us to all work remotely from our homes.

As a business at the very forefront of technology advancement & trends, we have been equipped to work from home since the outset. We have a multitude of video conferencing technologies, which allow us to maintain contact with our clients on a day-to-day basis, and all of our machines are encrypted – keeping your data safe even when we have to work outside of our usual circumstances.

We are ISO 27001 certified, which means that we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standard for protecting yours and our other clients’ business and personal information.

Our Operations

The fact that we have been equipped this way for so long, means we are able to continue our day-to-day operations as normal, with absolutely no disruption in service or community.

Our support and help email services are still running as normal, and we are still adhering to our usual SLAs – including out of hours support.

AndAnotherDay remains committed to the highest levels of performance and customer service, and further updates will be issued as they arise.
