A materials handling company hidden in the depths of Berkshire, Welfaux are a family run business that has been providing forklift truck sales, service, hire and parts to businesses across London and the home counties for over 30 years.


About the Project

Welfaux wanted to step up their game and compete at the highest levels in their industry – taking their products and services to a much wider market while not losing focus on the important things such as customer service and product sales innovation.  Of paramount importance was a new website where they could showcase all their equipment, communicate with their clients, and somewhere to host a series of regular promotions.

Welfaux does more than just sell forklift’s, they are the go-to for all things materials handling including Combilift, AisleMaster, Mitsubishi and most recently, Kärcher. It was vitally important that the website and promotional activity communicated with a wide range of vertical markets, from transport & distribution to medical supplies.

We work with Welfaux to create highly optimised content and landing pages that worked initially through Google Ad’s while allowing the site to build its organic search engine profile.

Our Approach:

We worked closely with Welfaux to design and develop a website that perfectly reflects who they are as a company. They needed something that was easy to navigate and non-intrusive in design.  We combined the Welfaux red with the Mitsubishi green and created a website which, although simple in design, breaks the pattern of expectations from the user, with red hover states, slider functions and fully responsive on all screen sizes.

At AndAnotherDay we want to empower our clients with flexibility and configurability, so when we started working with Welfaux we jumped at the chance to sink our teeth into delivering a site as easy-to-use behind the scenes as it is for the end-user. By using Visual Composer and content blocks, we gave Welfaux complete control and maneuverability; moving a call-to-action button or a feed of Twitter posts around the page is as easy as drag-and-drop.

The AndAnotherDay team worked together with Welfaux on creating a larger ongoing digital marketing program that delivers leads directly to the client’s sales team through the website chat feature and through marketing activity.

We continue to help them gather leads through a sustained Google Ads campaign, social media activity and a highly successful ongoing SEO program.
